If you are subscribed to Amazon Prime and looking forward to the forthcoming Season 2 of Fallout, there's an excellent chance waiting for you: The company is providing a new selection of free games, including Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition.
Although it may not be absolutely necessary to grasping the storyline of the forthcoming dystopian show, players might also want to snag the other Fallout game included in Prime Gaming's October update: the equally impressive and equally chaotic Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition. Better yet, Amazon Prime members can retain their downloadable games forever with the service, allowing you to dive in and enjoy whenever.
New Season Information
The newest Fallout season, featuring Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean and Walton Goggins as the mysterious bounty hunter referred to as The Ghoul, debuts on Prime Video on December 17, with season 3 announced to come after. That gives you ample opportunity to start playing Fallout: New Vegas.
The game lets you explore famous settings and encounter unique personalities shown in promotional materials for Season 2 and early screenshots.
One of the initial glimpses revealed of the upcoming season depicts Walton Goggins' character, pre-Wasteland, visiting the Lucky 38 Casino and Resort. This is not just a real location explorable in Fallout: New Vegas — where you can barter and gamble, should fortune favor you — but it's also the headquarters of one of the most vital characters in the game: Mr. House.
Mr. House's Role
Mr. House was glimpsed in the first season, but he also plays a significant role in the video game as the owner of the New Vegas strip. Given that Lucy, Maximus, and the Ghoul are heading to New Vegas next season, it's highly likely that Mr. House will play a part.
